About Us
Compass Security Solutions was established in 2008, with the goal of providing businesses and individuals in the communities we serve with the highest quality, professional security services.
We accomplished this through establishing a higher level of training standards, emphasizing safety, building trust with our clients and ensuring all Security Professionals are held to the highest level of professionalism. While the company has considerably grown over the years, our vision continues.
We continue to expand our services and products through innovation, adoption of new technology, and the talent we recruit. Each member of our team is hand selected based on their background, experience and suitability with the team. Our team is comprised of retired law enforcement, active military, veterans, and combined private security leadership experience of over 30 years.
We have also expanded our products to include Security Cameras and Alarm Systems.
We look forward to serving Central Oregon communities and the State of Oregon for years to come.
We believe our clients deserve more than just the minimum standard; they deserve highly trained, and effective professional security. In addition to complying with the State of Oregon's minimum training standards through the Department of Public Safety Standards & Training (DPSST) we provide our security professionals with additional training.
We partner with Liberation Firearms Training and Blue Line Training & Consulting to ensure our security professionals receive the highest quality of training.
